What this opportunity involves:
The Workplace Experience Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience every day through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high touch service. The Experience Ambassador will strengthen relationships between JLL, service partners and our client, to provide superior service delivery while growing your personal and professional skills. Ambassadors are responsible for the on-site delivery of the culinary services and ensure all employees are given a high level of customer services in everything they deliver.
Join our team supporting a renowned global tech client at their vibrant workplace based on Queen St in Melbourne CBD. You'll be at the heart of the city's connectivity while contributing to innovative work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily pantry operations including inventory control, ordering supplies, stocking areas, and ensuring quality standards
Proactively identify and address culinary program issues, coordinating with leadership and vendors when escalation is needed
Regularly inspect and do floor walkthroughs to ensure that cleaning, food, and other services meet out standards to ensure client receives high quality service
Build and maintain productive relationships with third-party vendors and service partners
Develop meaningful relationships with Client employees and guests and maintain high visibility throughout the workplace
Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives
Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries, troubleshooting issues and collecting feedback relating to workplace services
We’re looking for someone who:
Experience in the hospitality, facilities, property management or food and beverage
Excellent customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality
Strong ability to prioritise, manage time efficiently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable to new technology or experienced with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams as well as working independently
