Description We are looking for a Workplace Experience Ambassador to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This contract position involves ensuring building spaces are well-maintained and appropriately set up to create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering exceptional customer service while managing front-of-house operations and supporting event coordination. Responsibilities: • Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external visitors, ensuring a welcoming and attentive environment. • Manage front-of-house services by directing queries and providing accurate information to guests and employees. • Coordinate and assist with the physical setup of events and meeting spaces, including arranging furniture, signage, and equipment. • Maintain detailed records of space and room bookings as well as keep event calendars current and organized. • Provide support for additional facility services and collaborate with team members as needed. • Act as a representative of the facilities team, promoting a positive and attentive image. • Ensure all building spaces are kept in optimal condition and ready for use. • Utilize various platforms to efficiently manage daily activities and updates. • Address and resolve any operational challenges promptly to enhance overall workplace experience. Requirements • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Self-motivated individual with a confident and efficient demeanor. • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and serve as an ambassador for the facilities team. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficient in using PCs and various software platforms to manage tasks and records. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 8-10 years of experience in reception, concierge, or related fields. • Background in catering or hospitality is preferred.
