Description We are looking for a dynamic Workplace Experience Ambassador for a client in Overland Park, Kansas. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that building spaces are well-maintained and set up to create a welcoming environment for all visitors and employees. This is a contract to hire opportunity, that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. This is a position that requires you to be on your feet a lot of the day. Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external visitors, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. • Manage front-of-house operations, directing inquiries and providing accurate information to visitors. • Coordinate and assist with the physical setup of events and meeting spaces, including furniture arrangements, signage, and equipment. • Maintain accurate records of room bookings and event schedules, ensuring calendars are consistently updated. • Provide support for various facilities services as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the workplace. • Act as a liaison between teams, fostering positive relationships and promoting a collaborative work environment. Requirements • Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. • Efficient, self-motivated, and confident attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. • Proficiency in PC systems and software applications, with the ability to manage daily activities using technology. • Experience in reception, concierge services, or related fields is required. • Catering or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory. • High school diploma or equivalent is required. • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in customer service or facilities management.
