As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the first point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor while issuing visitor and parking passes and following security protocols.
+ Answer the telephone professionally and make memorable first impressions. Create presentations and speak to groups of varying sizes.
+ Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities upon request.
+ Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed, and coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding.
+ Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions with a customer service-driven approach.
+ Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setting up and tearing down rooms, and delivering supplies.
+ Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure building safety.
+ Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
+ Explain detailed or complicated information within the team and follow specific directions as given by the manager.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, using existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.

Work Environment
The workplace requires tailored dress pants/slacks, khakis, and professional jeans. Shorts, leggings, and ripped or faded jeans are not permitted. Shirts should be fitted, flowy, and ironed, including blouses or button-down shirts with a collar, and polos. Spaghetti strap, sheer, or tight tops, t-shirts, and crop tops are not acceptable, and brand logos should be kept to a minimum. Knee-length skirts and dresses are appropriate, avoiding sundresses, miniskirts, spaghetti straps, or anything sheer or tight-fitting. Sweaters, vests, cardigans, blazers, and sport jackets are welcome but not required. Professional and clean dress shoes, loafers, boots, sneakers, flats, heels, sandals, and wedges are acceptable, while flip flops, combat or hiking boots, gym/athletic shoes, and casual sandals are not permitted.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
