Description
Responsibilities:
• Welcome employees and visitors with a detail-oriented demeanor, issuing visitor and parking passes and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• Coordinate and oversee workplace services such as mail, office supply management, and onboarding processes.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities based on requests while maintaining high standards of service.
• Manage and coordinate janitorial and maintenance work orders to ensure the smooth operation of the building.
• Plan and execute on-site events, including securing space, managing setup and teardown, and ensuring delivery of necessary supplies.
• Address employee, guest, and coworker inquiries or complaints, providing effective solutions in a customer-focused manner.
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties as needed to ensure safety.
• Collaborate with vendors to coordinate goods and services for workplace operations.
• Deliver presentations and communicate detailed information effectively to various-sized groups.
• Adhere to established procedures to solve straightforward problems while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication skills to exchange clear and concise information.
• Familiarity with security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Ability to follow established work routines and deliver consistent results.
• Customer service mindset with a detail-oriented approach to handling inquiries and complaints.
