Workplace Coordinator - Operations / Contract / Onsite / San Francisco, CA San Francisco, CA **100% Remote** Contract $32.67/hr - $33.79/hr Our client, the leader in the SaaS Identity space has an outstanding contract Workplace Coordinator - Operations opportunity to join their dynamic team. This is a fully onsite in San Francisco, CA. We are looking for an organized, detailed, and dynamic individual to join our workplace operations team. The Workplace Operations Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing events & projects, owning key vendor relationships, and executing day to day operations while maintaining an organized, best in class environment. Our ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a keen curiosity and generosity of spirit that is supportive of everyone: our employees, visitors, guests, and vendors alike. **Contract Duration:** 12-Months **Required Skills & Experience** + 5+ years experience supporting a workplace, facilities or office management team + Excellent written and oral communication skills + Must be able to handle stress and customer support issues + Works and collaborates well with others + High attention to detail and organization + Strong problem solving and decision-making skills + Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure + Positive attitude & willingness to support team initiatives + Must be able to work both with and without direct supervision + Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and maneuver more + Experience using MacBook, Google Suite & Slack + Experience with heavy calendar management + Flexibility with schedule - ability to occasionally stay later on some nights + Required in office 5 days a week from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Early morning starts are required for catering/ event set-ups **What You Will Be Doing** Daily Responsibilities + Support employees with all onsite event logistics from start to finish - create a memorable and seamless experience for all attendees, support everything from room bookings, event set-up/break down & clean up, furniture configurations, catering support to vendor management.
