We are seeking a Workplace Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract (parental leave cover) based at our client site in Brisbane. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, experience-driven service, and creating a welcoming workplace environment.Reporting to the Director, Workplace Experience, this role is the first point of contact for visitors and plays a vital part in delivering workplace services that are seamless, helpful, and engaging.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a professional and friendly welcome experience to all visitors and guests
Manage meeting room bookings, event support, AV setup, and catering coordination
Respond to workplace enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Support workplace operations including mail handling, locker management, and inventory coordination
Conduct regular office floor checks, log maintenance or WHS issues, and liaise with service providers
Coordinate onboarding packs and technology setup for new starters
Assist with process improvements and contribute to an inclusive, service-oriented team culture
What We’re Looking For
Background in hospitality, reception, or workplace concierge services (ideally within a corporate environment)
Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner
Ability to multi-task, stay organised, and remain calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail and confidence using workplace systems
Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred)
A proactive, team-focused mindset with a genuine passion for great service
