Workplace Coordinator

You’ll be the go-to person for all things related to our office environment - ensuring everything runs smoothly, looks great, and feels like home. Key Responsibilities: Be the Heart of the Office Greet team members, guests, and visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism—you're often the first impression of our workplace! Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that reflects our values and culture every single day. Create a Welcoming, Functional Space Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring common areas are tidy, stocked, and inviting. Coordinate meeting rooms, maintain supplies, and ensure all shared spaces are set up for comfort and productivity. Anticipate employee needs and proactively solve small problems before they become big ones. Support the Team Experience Partner with People Ops to warmly onboard new hires with thoughtful desk setups, welcome kits, and office tours. Help plan and execute internal events, employee celebrations, and team-building initiatives that build connection and community. Be a trusted point of contact for everyday employee questions and requests. Keep Things Running Smoothly Coordinate with building management and vendors (cleaning services, maintenance, deliveries, etc.) to ensure everything stays clean, functional, and safe. Monitor workplace needs and suggests improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and office flow. Track office supplies, organize orders, and stay ahead of inventory. Requirements Qualifications: 2+ years in office coordination, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and modern office platforms.
