Join Our Team as a Workplace Concierge/Coordinator  – Five-Star Corporate Environment 

We're on the lookout for a passionate, detail-driven Workplace Concierge to be the face of our prestigious five-star corporate setting.

Salary: £29,000
Hours: 40 per week | Monday–Friday | Shifts between 07:00–21:00 (8 hours per day + 1-hour unpaid break)

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly. You will:

Create a five-star welcome for all internal and external visitors

Guide guests through meeting room use, technology, and site inductions

Ensure meeting spaces are beautifully prepared and reset after each use

Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders

Coordinate courier deliveries, mail, and data archiving

Keep work areas, collaboration zones, and breakout spaces looking their best

Be the first point of contact for any facilities-related queries

Manage workplace lockers and assist with fire evacuation protocols

Support events from planning to delivery

Offer AV and IT support for meeting rooms and personal workspaces

Step in to cover reception when needed and lend a hand across the team

What We're Looking For

Experience in a customer-facing role within a corporate or hospitality environment

A natural communicator who is warm, professional, and proactive

Attention to detail with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise

Flexibility to support events and provide cover when needed

First Aid and/or Mental Health First Aid certification (training can be provided)
