What is the opportunity?
In this role you will be responsible for automation initiatives of varying sizes, complexity and types as well as e-forms development and maintenance.
What will you do?
Work with business SMEs to identify opportunities for automation of processes as part of BAU activityWork with IT architects to identify opportunities for building business needs into shared solutionsUse solution design experience to support the effective and accurate gathering of business requirements to support process automation solutionsEnsure that any solutions conceptualized are at a generic level and that they can be shared and re-used elsewhere in Caribbean BankingLiaise with IT partners to communicate both the design of the initial solution and the larger shared Caribbean Banking solutionLiaise with project teams where applicable (PMs, IT and SMEs) to help direct the team towards “best in class” automation and shareable/scalable solutionsEnsure IT designs and solutions accurately reflect the process automation requirements of the businessDevelop and implement automation opportunities including but not limited to coding and programmingProvide e-forms technical support, development and guidance for projects undertaken by the Bank and business as usual activitiesSupport site maintenance as it relates to text, graphic content and site designWhat do you need to succeed?
Must Have:
Degree in Business or Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent education/training in a related fieldExperience developing and applying some of the leading practices in AutomationIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Robotic Process Automation, with 2+ years of RPA design and coding experienceIntermediate knowledge of Java Script with 1+ years of coding experienceIntermediate proficiency: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, VisioDemonstrated ability to partner effectively with key stakeholders on complex projects including a technology component and proven track record to deliverAbility to understand and develop detailed process maps and work independentlyStrong Communication Skills - written and oral and team player with good interpersonal skillsNice to Have:
Intermediate to advanced proficiency: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms Designer, and Adobe Acrobat ProIntermediate to advanced experience in Blue Prism developmentExperience with Automated Routing application e.g. PEGABasic knowledge of automated document design and developmentKnowledge of T24, RIBS, TS2 and FCISWhat's in it for you?
