Scope of Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact to drive the sustainability transformation plan for GovTech
• Work alongside the Community Manager and the authority to plan, communicate, and execute events that meet the Authority's objectives and goals, including sustainability initiatives
• Curate and gather participation in new outreach opportunities to increase awareness of green and sustainability efforts in Govtech
• Develop creative, engaging, and original content, campaigns, and initiatives to create a flexible, sustainable, productive, and joyful workplace
• Plan and manage the LED Video Wall and Display Strip content to keep them relevant and engaging, with a focus on sustainability messaging
• Analyze data, survey & poll results to build and improve campaign or program strategies to cultivate and grow participation in both community and sustainability efforts
• Evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact to ensure they remain relevant and continue to deliver value to the employee community
• Monitor and optimize community and staff engagements, with an emphasis on sustainability-related activities
• Support and guide the employee community on how to use amenities to maximize their productivity in the workplace while promoting sustainable practices
• Champion the on-site transformation journey for GovTech, focusing on driving employees' experience and implementing sustainable practices
• Curate a welcoming and collaborative community environment that supports an inclusive culture for employees
• Provide backup support for the Administrative Executive in the event of planned/unplanned absence, serving as a backfill for administrative functions
