**Duration: 12-month contract with Extension** **Job Description:** As an Accommodation Specialist (PM) you will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance for all aspects of corporate accommodation policies, programs, and guidelines relating to equal opportunity (EO) and supports client’s Rules of the Road and Flight Plan by assisting employees to continue their careers through reasonable accommodation. The Specialist will operate within the accommodation policies and processes that meet employees’ needs and complies with federal and state laws and regulations. The Specialist will manage medical and religious accommodation requests, including gathering documentation and reviewing and evaluating requests, communicating with the employee and operational and HR leaders; recommending accommodations; drafting correspondence; tracking results; and recommending process improvements.
