YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM
As a working student in Procurement, you will be actively involved in projects as well as day-to-day business. You will gain insights into the various areas and can contribute your ideas.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement methods to improve procurement processes, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making
Conduct data analyses to derive insights for supplier selection, cost optimization, and risk management
Monitor and analyze procurement KPIs and derive recommendations for action
Support supplier and procurement management within projects based on quantitative and qualitative assessments
Set up and continuously improve procurement controlling and reporting tools
Define data and information requirements for core procurement processes
YOUR PROFILE
Completed studies in business administration, or a comparable field
Initial experience, ideally in purchasing or procurement analytics
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI,)
Fluent English skills
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
Structured, networked way of thinking and a proactive working style
Confident appearance and negotiation skills
