We are looking for a creative and highly motivated User Research Student (f/m/x) to support our UX Team in an international environment. As a member of our UX Team, you work closely with our UX and UI designers, product managers as well as microscopy experts and stakeholders across the company (f/m/x). Join us as Working Student User Research (f/m/x) and support the team in taking our concepts from the first idea to the finished product.

Your Role

Assisting in the planning, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative user research

Creating research plans, including screening questionnaires and recruiting strategies

Supporting onsite and remote research to explore user needs and validate hypotheses and ideas

Developing a deep understanding of our products and users by defining personas and creating user journey maps

Synthesizing key insights into clear, actionable recommendations in close collaboration with UX and UI colleagues

Preparing research reports and ensuring insights are effectively communicated to the team

Ensuring efficient and compliant documentation and storage of research data

Assisting the UX team with administrative tasks as needed

Your Profile

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Germany in fields such as psychology, human factors, human-computer interaction, or a related discipline

Interest in design thinking, user research, UX/UI design, and agile development

Basic knowledge of user research methods (both qualitative and quantitative)

A curious mindset with a strong desire to learn, take on responsibility, and grow professionally

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation

An open personality and professional communication style

Fluency in English and German (C1 level)

Availability to work in Munich
