In the Corporate Human Resources unit, we are responsible for managing HR activities within the BASF Group. By developing focused personnel policies, we implement the company's strategy on employee-related issues. As part of Corporate Human Resources, we design tools for the development and retention of Senior Executives, provide operational support in their personnel matters, and are responsible for their strategic succession planning.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Join our People Analytics / Reporting team and support us for 6 months in driving data-based decision-making in leadership development. You will work on exciting projects that enable the use of modern technologies and innovative approaches in HR – with the goal of developing best-in-class leaders who act with trust, courage, empathy, and optimism to create chemistry for a sustainable future.
