Working Student (m/f/d) Group Sustainability

As part of TUI’s Group Sustainability Team, you will contribute to strategic projects based on our sustainability agenda – People, Planet, Progress – helping to advance the company’s sustainable transformation.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

Depending on workload, you may support the following areas:

1. Sustainability & Learning (Sustainability Academy)

Support the development and implementation of the TUI Sustainability AcademyCollaborate with the Learning & Development department to integrate sustainability into training offeringsCreate training content using relevant authoring toolsConduct research on effective learning methods and their impact on employees

2. Sustainability Reporting & Supply Chain

Contribute to the implementation of CSRD reportingSupport the maintenance of the supply chain risk management systemConduct research and risk assessments related to human rights and due diligenceDevelop training measures

3. General Project Support

Assist with strategic sustainability projectsPrepare presentations, communication materials, and meeting documentation

ABOUT YOUYou are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Environmental or Sustainability Management, Business, Human Resources, Tourism, or a related fieldInitial practical experience in tourism, sustainability, or HR is an advantageYou are interested in topics such as ESG, sustainable transformation, reporting, human rights, or learning conceptsYou collaborate effectively with colleagues from various business areas, countries, and cultural backgrounds, and thrive in virtual and international team environmentsYou have a hands-on working mentality with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsYou are open-minded, curious, and a lifelong learnerYou have excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); German is a plus but not a requirementYou are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
