Job DescriptionIT equipment fleet managementInstall and deploy hardware and software accordingly to IT standard processesDeliver on-site support, investigate and solve issuesEnsure the proper follow-up in case of issues and requestsProvide technical assistance and consultingFollow IT service management processesDocument IT incidents casesSupport for IT Products and ServicesSupport for IT projects rolloutCollaboration  with external suppliersPurchasing IT hardware / software / servicesBeing proactive, identify and communicate potential improvements

QualificationsA student willing to learn about IT technologiesHardware skills (PCs, laptops, printers, multifunctional printers, tablets, smartphones, servers, monitors, phones, multimedia devices, etc.)Software skills : Windows 7/8/10 troubleshooting, Command Line, File and Folder Security, Windows Services, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, SCCMStrong Customer orientation skillsGood English skills - both written and spoken
