Job DescriptionDocuments and different data bases maintenance and update;Treasury department specific activities;Visits and delegations organization support;Support for different requests, information collecting and centralization;5S follow up in the office (5S: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain);Annual inventory participation;Cost reimbursement process participation;Interface for other Bosch structures (departments);Preparation and checking of different reports;KPI (key performance indicators) presentation preparation and support;
