Your Role:

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wishes to learn how global marketing works? Do you have interdisciplinary thinking with strong communication and strong project management skills? If yes, we look forward to your application!

We are seeking a talented Bachelor or Master student (all genders) from a reputed university to join our team as a working student in the commercial operations team of our global oncology business franchise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various commercial operations initiatives, especially those related to managing marketing operations, data and projects, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

 

Your Responsibilities:

Supporting day-to-day activities of our commercial operations team, especially those related to analytics, data and marketing.Manage workflows in our HCP interaction management toolCollaboration with the team to collect and analyze stakeholders dataPerform data analysis and provide insights to optimize business processesContribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives as neededSupport marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of marketing strategies

 

Who You Are:

Currently pursuing a degree in a discipline related to business, marketing, and/or data scienceExcellent communication skills with fluency (C1) in English; knowledge of German is a plusKnowledge of data science and ability to perform data analysisFamiliarity with marketing operations tools will be a plusTeam player with high project management and analytical skillsAble to work in an agile environment and take ownership of tasks
