You are ready for your transformation if you are/have:

A student of Finance & Accounting (preferable)

Any experience in Accounts Payable (nice to have)

Availability of 25-30 hours per week

English on at least B2 level

Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail

Basic knowledge of Excel (nice to have)

Transform yourself and take responsibility for:

Processing supplier invoices / credit memos (no-PO)

Processing Vendor Master Data

Email communication with suppliers regarding incorrect or outstanding invoices

Documentation of original invoices in the VAT register, journals with posting according to local laws and regulations

Supporting Team in daily activities

Other tasks defined by more experienced team members
