You support the coordination and management of SHERPA X working group meetings by assisting with organization and communication tasks. You help analyze and evaluate existing team workflows by contributing to the identification of challenges and potential improvement areas. You assist in developing and implementing solutions to optimize workflows, supporting the enhancement of decision-making processes and team collaboration efforts.Your defining qualities
You are an enrolled student in your third semester or higher in Business Administration, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a similar field and would like to support us for 15-20 hours per week. Basic knowledge of the Agile way of working, great communication skills. You have good understanding of team dynamics, organizational culture and change management principles. You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, OneNote, MS Teams, and PowerPoint.
