Located in Munich, we provide room for an open exchange with our AI ecosystem through Workshops, Meetups & Open Events.

Key Responsibilities
Thought Leadership Project Support:
Take over focus topics from our thought leadership & foresighting topic framework (from today’s trend topics like “agentic AI” via next level topics like “AI-driven liquid organizations”)
Research current developments, reflect potential implications on Siemens and recommend potential measures
Support with strategic tasks like benchmarking / scenario generation / SWOT analyses and the like
Create presentations with clear stakeholder-oriented storylines, innovative frameworks, charts and quotes
Support development of overall AI foresighting landscape
Drive GenAI adoption in your projects and in the team operations
Use state-of-the-art GenAI and agentic tools to yield highest output quality & process efficiency
Initiate meaningful AI agents in the lab related to your project that take over tasks in your and your colleagues’ daily work
Team support
Take over daily operations tasks within the AI Lab team according to your capabilities and interests, e.g. preparing workshop logistics, managing activity pipelines, updating website, running demos to customers, etc.
This is how you'll win us over
Student in at least the third semester with demonstrated interest in AI and technology (relevant internships a plus)
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, fluent in German and English
Eager to learn more with a „can-do“ attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, independent, dedicated and solution-oriented work approach
Motivation to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
Strategic thinking and business analysis
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear presentations
Experience using GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MS Copilot, Manus) and early adopter-mindset in exploring new AI applications
