What you'll do 

 

You will support our specialists, particularly in the development and maintenance of training content (analog and digital content) You will work closely with our specialists, who act as trainers in the business units to implement employee training. This includes planning and organizing training courses, invitation management, preparing analog or digital training rooms, and other organizational tasks You will also be involved in the implementation of training courses as needed Following training courses, you will conduct participant surveys and evaluate them, develop suggestions for improvement, and ensure the quality of the training 

 

What you bring 

 

You are a registered student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences studying a natural sciences subject, psychology, education, adult education, social sciences, or another field related to learning and development You have an affinity for training, coaching, continuing education, and/or human resources development You find it easy to communicate with others and work in a team Reliability, independent work, and the ability to work in a team are a given You are a talented organizer and work independently, in a structured, systematic, and precise manner You are well-versed in MS Office applications (especially MS PowerPoint and MS Teams), ideally also in Mural and video tools You are familiar with and enjoy working in a virtual setting Good written and spoken German and English skills round out your profile
