Working Student (f/m/d) IT Business Process Analyst

Mode of Employment: Limited, max. 15-20 hours/week

Analyzing and optimizing end-to-end workflows Building dashboards and action plans for process transparency Creating and maintaining AI-ready knowledge bases on SharePoint Designing automation solutions using Power BI/Tableau, KNIME, Power Automate and Power Apps Auditing existing application-management practices and contributing research-backed recommendations to shape the long-term IT strategy Developing process maps and SharePoint sites for SOPs Contributing to continuous improvement workshops Tracking KPI impact and measuring efficiency improvements Participating in the development of long-term IT strategies  

Your success is grounded in

Education You are studying Business Informatics, Business Administration / Economics, Marketing / Communications, Innovation Management, or Computer Science at master’s level. Experience & Skills Basic knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI Understanding of process documentation Fundamental knowledge of Generative AI Experience with business intelligence tools Process analysis capabilities Ways of working Reliable and independent work style Structured approach to problem-solving Strong analytical thinking High willingness to learn Result-oriented mindset Ability to work in cross-functional teams Languages Fluent German and English communication skills (both written and spoken)
