You will assist in analyzing and documenting global product master data structures, standards, and processes to ensure consistency across the company Subsequently, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of training materials, documentation, and SharePoint pages for internal stakeholders Additionally, you will support in preparing workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, and organizing project meetings to facilitate effective communication and collaboration You will also participate in project tracking, reporting, and the development of presentations for decision-makers to provide insights into project progress Lastly, you will be involved in application testing for internal tools and systems to enhance operational efficiencyYour success is grounded in
Education: You are currently successfully studying at a German university in a bachelor's or master's program in business administration, business informatics, data management, industrial engineering, or a related field Experience & Skills: Demonstrated interest in data management, digital processes, and corporate systems Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as SharePoint Experience in data- or process-related activities through internships or academic projects is advantageous Ways of working: Structured approach with high attention to detail and strong analytical thinking Languages: Fluent in both German and EnglishYou are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
