Support a strategic change initiative to rethink and redesign our working modelCollaborate on innovative concepts in talent management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)Design engaging presentations, workshops, and learning materialsAssist in planning and executing hybrid and virtual eventsCreate content for newsletters, blog posts, and internal communicationsTake ownership of administrative tasks with attention to detail
 

Your success is grounded in

EducationCurrently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related fieldExperience & SkillsStrong analytical and organizational capabilitiesProficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and ExcelCreative and strategic thinker with strong communication skillsIdeally, you have gained initial practical experience through working student positions or internships, preferably in larger consulting companiesLanguagesYou are fluent in both German and English
