Working Student (f/m/d) Data Solutions & Digital Transformation Projects


Mode of Employment: Limited, max. 20h/week

You’ll make a difference by

Support the creation of engaging content such as presentations, newsletters, and internal posts to help teams stay informed and aligned. Help organize and facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions, including preparing materials and support in organization and moderation activities Assist in designing onboarding journeys for new users or team members, ensuring they have clear guidance and access to relevant resources. Contribute to implementing the communication approach, including identifying the right channels and formats to reach different audiences. Maintain and update internal platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) to ensure information is well-structured and easy to find. Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, helping to improve training materials, communication formats, and onboarding experiences. Track and report on engagement activities, such as attendance, feedback, and content usage, to help improve future initiatives.  

Your success is grounded in

Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Informatics or Engineering Experience & Skills: Passionate about Data, Digital Transformation Projects and Change Management to support the understanding and adoption of new trends and possibilities throughout the organizationComfortable using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and familiar with collaboration platforms like SharePoint and Teams.Able to structure and organize information effectively and in high quality, whether for presentations, newsletters, or training materials. Ways of working: Enjoys tackling challenges and approaching tasks with curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn. Pays attention to visual layout and storytelling, ensuring that materials are engaging and self-explaining. Proactive and self-motivated, with a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities. Languages: Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
