You'll make an impact by Research Design: Evolve and adapt the general research design for specific user settings in close alignment with senior stakeholders in factories Data Collection: Organize and lead the data collection efforts via diverse methods across multiple research locations Data Processing: Clean, combine and aggregate data from multiple data collection sites to allow meaningful statistical analysis and data visualizationDocumentation & Presentations: Assist in creating documentation and drafting business presentations to communicate key findings and insightsData Storytelling: Transform complex data into compelling narratives for business stakeholdersPower BI Proficiency: Build and maintain interactive dashboards to present data insights effectively Your success is grounded in Education: Currently enrolled in a BSc or MSc program in Management, Economics, (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Psychology or a related field Experience & Skills: Strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation and analysis with focus on relevant business insights, solid understanding of business analytics and data visualization (using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, or PowerBI), familiarity with Python and R for data analysis, experience with GIT for version control is advantageous Ways of working: Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation, analytical thinking, structured approach to work, team player, strong communication skills Languages: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
