What you'll do 

 

Writing articles and posts on strategic initiatives, operational excellence, business and finance transformation in the age of Business AI, and related thought leadership topics for our key audiences Supporting with content collection for internal events, articles, newsletters and social media channels Maintaining and upscaling our internal communication channels  Creating and adapting presentations as well as visual assets  Reporting of communication activities, including impact measurement Operational support for internal events (e.g., project management, content creation and on-site support) 

 

What you bring 

 

Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences  Preferred fields of study: Media, Communications or related fields like Social Science  Technical skills: Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, especially SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel Language skills: Fluent English required, German is a plus Soft skills: Strong communication and team working skills  Others: self-driven, creative, reliable, open-minded, well-organized, active user of social media and multimedia channels, passionate about creating compelling stories for strategy, innovation, and finance related topics


Meet your team


Our team, the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) & Chief Operations Officer (COO) Comms Team, is part of SAP‘s Global Communications department and is responsible for the Board areas Global Finance and Administration (GFA) as well as Strategy & Operations (S&O). We focus on internal and executive communications, and work closely together with our respective business units and executives. You will work in a highly dynamic and agile team with a strong focus on strategic messaging and superb execution. 


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
