What you'll do

Then we’d love for you to join our team as a Working Student or Intern in Communication, Storytelling & Organizational Support!
In this role, you'll work directly with the Global Lead of SAP Experience Centers and Flagship Event Experiences, supporting high-impact engagements with customers, partners, and executives. Your contribution will be both strategic and creative – from developing compelling experiences to crafting visual presentations and supporting communication and organizational workflows.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in shaping individual customer experiences, digital communication, and behind-the-scenes coordination. Along the way, you’ll deepen your understanding of SAP’s portfolio and solutions, develop your storytelling skills, refine your visual communication abilities, and help us continuously improve how we connect with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities
Help prepare and execute customer, partner, and executive engagements—mainly from a content perspective, but also through orgnizational coordination. Storytelling & Content Creation
Develop compelling narratives that simplify complex topics and make them resonate across audiences. Visual Design & Presentation Building
Design high-impact presentations and assets using tools like PowerPoint—infusing clarity, creativity, and brand consistency. Digital Content & Strategy
Contribute to internal and external content strategies (e.g., LinkedIn posts, internal communications). Team & Process Support
Assist with administrative and operational tasks such as process documentation, meeting preparation, and content coordination.
What you bring
You're currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field. Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with a keen eye for design, layout, and visual clarity. A genuine interest in SAP’s portfolio and the curiosity to learn how our solutions create value for customers – and how to reflect that in your work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. Experience working in a customer-facing or communications-related environment is advantageous. Passion for communication, digital content creation, and organizational excellence. Self-organized, proactive, and a collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and contribute. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English. Located near Walldorf and available to work on-site regularly.
