Exploration & Proof-of-Concept Development: Conduct thorough research and experimentation with various agentic frameworks (Langgraph, Crew AI, Autogen, and others) to identify the most promising approaches for our projects. Develop and execute Proof-of-Concept (PoC) solutions to validate concepts and demonstrate potential Innovative Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agent technologies. This includes building agent workflows, defining agent behaviors, and integrating these technologies into robust software systems Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create clear and concise documentation of your work, including design decisions, code, and research findings. EducationSuccessfully enrolled in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or similar field of study Experience & SkillsStrong programming foundation with proficiency in python and understanding of design patternsHands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as Langgraph, Crew AI, and Autogen. A willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new frameworks is essentialDeep understanding of LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Ollama), RAG architecturesAnalytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to tackling complex challengesBonus: Experience with other relevant technologies in ML LanguagesExcellent communication skills with strong proficiency in English, both orally and in writing, and proficiency in other languages, such as German, is an advantageYou are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
