Are you in?We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) – IT Infrastructure & End-User Support.You’ll create impact by:Active involvement in IT infrastructure projects (e.g., hardware lifecycle, system rollouts) Support in end-user computing topics – including device provisioning, software installation, and troubleshooting Handling of smartphones and mobile device management (MDM): setup, configuration, support, and inventory tracking Assistance in hardware and software asset management Direct contact with internal customers: managing support requests, resolving issues, and providing technical guidance Documentation of common issues and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes Collaboration with internal IT teams to ensure efficient service delivery User support & trainings in user incident handling PKI management You’d describe yourself as: Ongoing studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field Strong interest in IT infrastructure, workplace technology, and mobile device ecosystems Hands-on experience or strong affinity with Windows systems, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices/smartphones (iOS/Android) Basic knowledge of networks, hardware components, and IT service workflows Friendly and solution-oriented communication skills for interacting with users Quick comprehension, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment Very good English skills – additional languages will be considered as advantage Team spirit, structured thinking, and a proactive mindset Strong team collaboration skills and a willingness to learn.
