Job Description

In this role, you will:

Provide support for order management related activities;Create sales operations statistical Excel reports;Resolve customer complaints and manage email communications;Resolve tickets related to customer master data;Maintain accurate databases with required documentation.

QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree;Great communication skills;Approach situations with an open and curious mind, taking on challenges with an eye for opportunity;Results and detail-oriented and a pro-active attitude;Microsoft Office knowledge. Excel & PowerPoint are a must;English - good written and spoken language skills;Openness to learn new internal Bosch tools, such as S4Hana.
