Your Role:

As a Working Student (all genders) – Change & Training Enablement in Sustainability, Quality & Trade Compliance, you will support a global transformation program impacting more than 20,000 employees. In close collaboration with change managers, business process experts, and cross-functional teams, you will:

Support change management and communication by enabling Change Agents and crafting engaging internal messagesMaintain and enhance our AI-based Chat Assistant “myFALCON” on the MyGPT platformAssist in training development by preparing materials for workshops, stakeholder meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessionsHelp coordinate interactive engagement events, including webinars, Q&As, and panel discussionsManage and update training trackers, documentation, and internal communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint)Ensure smooth operational and administrative support by tracking deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Who You Are:

Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student, preferably in Business, Communication, Organizational Psychology, or a related fieldExperience in project teams, change management, or training development is a plusStrong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholdersFast learner with an interest in digital tools, AI, and IT systems (experience with SharePoint or corporate intranet solutions preferred)Creative yet results-driven mindset with a structured and proactive approachFluent (C1) in English, German is a plusAvailable for a minimum of 6 months, with a desire to learn and grow in a global corporate environment
