What You'll Do
As an independent and motivated Working Student, you'll be part of the Business Services Team for our Global Services Office in Munich which hosts about 200 employees.
In this role you will gain interesting insights into office operations while supporting the team with its varied day-to-day business. This will include:
Maintaining the GSM Office Page and other Communication PlatformsGeneral office-, meeting- and event-managementSupporting the Team in Onboarding ProcessesWriting reports, presentations and office communicationContact person for all office related questionsTake an active part in creating and maintaining a friendly working atmosphereStudent community supportCoordination of Facilty – and Operations requestsThe duties described above make up a typical, but not necessarily complete list.
You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role for 12 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.

In an international environment, you'll work together closely with the Business Services Team in the Global Services Munich Hub, who will support you in your daily work. Our collaboration as a team is characterized by mutual support, an active exchange of experience, and strong trust. In addition to your onboarding, your colleagues will assist you in familiarizing yourself with your new role and assist you with any questions you may have.
