We seek a motivated Working Student to join our global Cloud Operations team in maintaining and securing cutting-edge cloud infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced engineers and work with modern cloud tools and practices while contributing to meaningful projects that power our global ARIS platform.
Essential Functions
Collaborate with the Cloud Operations team to support deploying and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
Assist with infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform and scripting languages like Python. Help implement and maintain cloud monitoring tools to ensure performance, uptime, and cost efficiency.
Contribute to the automation of operational tasks using Python, Bash, or other scripting tools.
Support CI/CD pipeline optimization and help troubleshoot deployment workflows.
Help document operational processes, infrastructure architecture, and security policies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in cloud technology, DevOps trends, and security innovations—and share your findings with the team.
Minimum Requirements
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps concepts, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with scripting (Python) or exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools is a plus.
Strong interest in cloud security, monitoring, and automation.
Analytical mindset and eagerness to solve technical challenges.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to grow in a dynamic, cloud-focused environment.
