The Opportunity  

We are looking for a FINANCE WORKING STUDENT (M/F/D) 

(20 hours per week) for our site in Wiesbaden- Delkenheim Abbott GmbH reporting to FP&A Manager, EEMEAP.

WHAT YOU’LL DO  

Support Sales forecast, P&L Flash review processSupport review and analysis of monthly financial results (P&L, B/S, Cash Flow)Support financial IBP / LBE / Confirm process for EEMEAP countries (budget cycles)Support monthly accounting process (accruals, ICBs, prepayments, reclasses, top-side entries, BDR, other reserves, inactive instruments)Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong academic recordsCreative, open, flexible, eager to learn and ready to take on new challengesTeam-playerAble to work on multiple projects, assignments and meet deadlinesHands-on mentality, customer-oriented mindsetOrganized, detail oriented and accurateExcellent communication skills and attracted by an international environmentMS Office knowledge (incl. advanced command of Excel and processing large data sets)Fluent in English (written and spoken)IT background
