Your Role

Como estudiante en prácticas en Gestión Documental y Logística, apoyarás en el mantenimiento del sistema de gestión documental, incluyendo registros, formatos y el seguimiento de guías e informes. Brindarás soporte en el seguimiento de envíos en Lima y otras provincias, la actualización de documentos esenciales como procedimientos, instrucciones y manuales, así como en la gestión de rutas de transporte y recursos operativos. Además, participarás en la capacitación de operadores de transporte, el procesamiento de datos en SAP, incluyendo devoluciones y la disposición de productos dañados o vencidos, y apoyarás en auditorías de inventario. También contribuirás al desarrollo y seguimiento de indicadores de gestión (KPIs) y darás soporte en transferencias SAP y monitoreo de operaciones con operadores logísticos externos (3PL).

Who You Are

 

Estar estuadiando una carrera universitaria relacionada con Logística, Administración de Empresas o similar.Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión documental y procesos logísticos.Conocimientos básicos de SAP y procesamiento de datos.Ingles a nivel basico- intermedio en lector escrituraBuenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.Ganas de aprender y desarrollarse en un entorno profesional.
