Job DescriptionWould you like to actively support the strategic & operational internal communications for a diverse organization developing high IT technology solutions? Would you like to be part of a proactive team driving various internal communication related topics, e. g. content creation and internal events?
For the area of Tires IT, we are looking for a working student (m/f/diverse) to support our team starting June 2025 for a period of 6 months or longer with 20h per week. The work is conducted both on-site and remotely.
In close collaboration with the CC and Regional heads of Tires IT and together with our Internal Communications Manager, you will ensure a high level of transparency on all organizational levels and therefore contribute to our internal effectiveness & success of the Tires IT.
Your tasks in detail:
Supporting the
Implementation of the professional internal communication strategy using relevant internal channels, tools, and platforms (such as ConNext, intranet, newsletter or MS Sharepoint) incl. monitoringConceptual and strategic development of communication materials (presentations, videos, podcasts, images...) for internal projects or strategic initiativesSupervision of strategic initiatives within Tires IT and communication supportCoordination and documentation of Tires IT Open Calls or other eventsActive participation and contribution to the cross-organizational IT communication community as well as exchange and collaboration with other communication departmentsCreative internal communication, storytelling and copywriting for internal channels, speeches, and presentations for the Head of Tires ITAdvice and support for internal communication measuresQualificationsStudent (m/f/diverse) in communications, information management, business administration, information technology or a similar field of studyExperience in communications or PR in a technical environmentExperience with video editing (e.g., Camtasia) and knowledge of website creation desirableKnowledge of project management methods and experience in managing communication initiativesExcellent writing and presentation skillsConfident use of new-work style tools and willingness to undergo further trainingInterest in digitalization and information technology topicsFluent in English and German language (written and spoken)Moderation, facilitation, and collaboration skillsHighly motivated team player who enjoys working in an international environmentPlease attach your current certificate of enrollment and also your current transcripts of records and an extract of certificate for a mandatory internship.
