Your role:

Assists the application, submission, process management and reporting of tenders within Middle East Market by coordinating with all required stakeholders such as business partners, customer service, sales & marketing, business lines, legal and regulatory.Ability to build a strong collaboration and alignment with all key stakeholders such as Sales team, Technical Business Managers, fellow team members and project controlling team.Responsible for calculation of pricing and ensuring timely offer submission to the customer.Ensures adherence to internal policies and compliance guidelines.Participates in efficient order processing.Handles all price related topics with complete confidentiality internally and externally.

Your expertise:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalentExperience in bid proposal, tender management and operations is an advantageFluent in English. Fluency in Arabic is an additional advantageGood Team Player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skillsGood time management skills, Ability to work under pressure in a cross functional setting.
