We are looking for a talented individual to join our Workfront Product Management team in the Digital Retail organization. This position supports employees across multiple organizations to maximize efficiency in existing workflows, implement and onboard new processes, and provide vital training and guidance materials to end users to improve organizational capabilities within the Adobe Workfront platform. In addition to streamlining and prioritizing requirements to support effectual development and operation, the ideal candidate demonstrates a talent for promoting collaboration and alignment, as well as the ability to influence innovation and encourage exploration of new approaches or technologies, in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop training tools, processes and practices that will increase awareness of initiatives, product updates & enhancements, and end user confidence Own specific project designs, implementation, and training/guidance related to the Workfront platformCollaborate with product owners, technology partners, key stakeholders and firm-wide users on requirements captureApply sound, consistent data capture and taxonomy practices to all workFacilitate open and transparent communication channels to promote collaboration and alignmentEnsure effective communication of essential information across multiple departments and groupsNurture stakeholders in their use of Workfront and other productivity tools to facilitate adoption and streamlined process for the organization Design, development, deployment, and documentation of implementations, including integrated solutionsDevelop Workfront reporting to support monitoring and achievement of team and organizational goalsParticipate in product roadmap discussions and long-term product and program planningWhat you haveRequired Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience with Adobe Workfront workflow management system including Workfront Group Administrator, System Administrator, implementation specialist or similar roleDemonstrated proficiency in creating and delivering training & guidance materials, communication plans, and digital newsletters Established success working in Agile teams and comprehensive project management skillsExceptional active listening and critical thinking skills Robust verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical stakeholdersProven ability to analyze processes & pain points, propose and implement timely, cost efficient, quality solutions Adaptive communication style and approach to connect with diverse stakeholders, influencing and inspiring them to take action based on the presented ideasUnderstanding of marketing business model, content lifecylces, and digital/print work management preferredEffectual time management; must be able to prioritize and multi-task successfullyStrong adherence to process, regulatory guidance, and mitigating riskPossess a passion for problem solving and quickly learning new conceptsPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with Workfront Fusion and/or Workato software; knowledge of full Adobe stack and risk or process management related technologies, e.g. Jira, NaehasBS in communications, marketing, or related fieldIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
