Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Workforce Software Specialist.
Summary:
We are seeking a Workforce Software Specialist for a 6-month onsite contract role with potential for extension or full-time conversion. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing the use of Workforce Software (not Kronos, and not a Workday module) within a large, complex environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both ongoing system support and the development of new enhancements to meet growing business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide development and maintenance support for Workforce Software, including configuration, troubleshooting, and testing of enhancements and defect fixes
* Manage the lifecycle of configuration changes across multiple environments, from development to production
* Design, build, and maintain inbound and outbound Workforce interfaces, including modifications as business needs evolve
* Create and modify custom Workforce reports in response to user and business requirements
* Conduct thorough functional testing (unit, regression, interface, and integration) and document testing outcomes
* Work with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements; Create or update business requirement documents and technical specifications as needed
* Follow established change management procedures including documentation, approvals, and participation in change review meetings
* Manage and update support tickets using the company's ticketing system (ServiceNow)
* Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to planning, execution, and delivery in an Agile environment
