As a Senior Relationship Manager, you'll perform all activities supporting client retention in our WorkForce Software (WFS) mid-sized and enterprise accounts division. You will maximize retention by working with the client, ADP associates, and ADP leadership to resolve any issues that are within our control and may affect the client's decision to stay with ADP. You carry the weight of ADP’s client satisfaction in your hands.
Every day, through pricing negotiations and concessions, resolving service-related issues, having proactive outreach, and utilizing survey follow-up programs, you will cultivate relationships with clients and ADP associates, anticipate clients' needs, and report to management with possible solutions based on those needs.
To thrive in this role, you have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our clients to understand and take action on. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
You have a minimum of five years of directly related work experience in client engagement and outreach, marketing, negotiations, conflict resolution. Program or Project Management experience is highly valued Knowledge of common implementation principals and client lifecycles. Associates that are located near an ADP or WorkForce office, would be expected to follow the ADP hybrid work model.A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:
