The Workforce Planning & Scheduling Specialist is responsible for allocating field resources efficiently to meet project needs. This position will also provide insight and recommendations to Operational Leaders on the workforce to aid in planning and decision making.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: A high school diploma or GED
Experience: 2-4 years progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction field

Education: An Associate's degree
Experience: 6 months-1 year progressive administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction field
Travel: 0-5%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborates with Operational team to understand current and future workforce needs and create project staffing plans.Assigns team members to projects based on staffing plan.Ensures changes in work assignment are communicated to affected individuals and other relevant team members.Alerts Operational Leaders if staffing plans cannot be met on the required timeline and assists in the development of contingency plans.Collaborates with Operational team to develop an overall outlook of future staffing needs.Provides visibility to various stakeholders throughout the company on staffing-related information.Compiles, analyzes, reviews, forecasts, and trends complex data related to the workforce and staffing.Presents analysis and interpretation for Operational and business leadership to aid in the planning and decision making process.Performs other related duties as required and assigned.The job description and responsibilities described are intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability to perform the position described.
