Our client, a prominent financial services organization, is seeking a skilled Workforce Planning Consultant to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading headcount planning processes, a strong understanding of Anaplan, and detailed experience with workforce planning strategies. Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field, required. 8+ years of experience, required. Experience as an Anaplan business user or system administrator, highly preferred. Experience in workforce planning, headcount management, or related disciplines.

The hourly rate for this role is $45-$60/hr.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
