2 years Experience in Human Resources, workforce planning or finance with focus on analytics Required Experience in a healthcare environment PreferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools and HCM/HRIS systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills (external and/or internal). Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Excellent planning and organization skills. Ability to use time effectively while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work in a fast paced and continuously changing environment.
