**Your role and responsibilities**
Workforce Management Americas team is looking for people interested in developing a career in a great environment providing support to peers, working with IBM tools to keep systems updated accurately and timely
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Bachelor's Degree - College Studies: Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems or related
English: Advanced both spoken & written
Time Management and Prioritization skills
Attention to details
Ability to work under pressure
Excel Basic
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
Experience in Customer Service Roles or administrative support.
Microsoft Office
