THE JOB:

As a Workforce Management Clerk, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate timekeeping across the property and supporting the overall payroll process. In this role, you’ll run reports, review data, and connect with hiring managers to correct missing, incomplete, or incorrect time punches. You’ll work with multiple systems and collaborate closely with leaders to keep everything running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in workforce management and build a strong foundation for future growth within the department.


THE STARTING RATE: $17

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Prepare report documents, ensuring each employee record in the system is correct, which includes, but is not limited to verify that time punches are correct, and accounted for as well as promoting, developing, and maintaining effective communication, interaction, and excellent relationships with department leaders

Responsible for organization and updated retention data within the system utilized by the company

Provide feedback to departments when the document retention program is not followed in accordance with company procedures

Ensure departmental requirements are identified and consistently met

Promote an effective relationship between the department, the business unit, and other corporate departments and ensure effective operational processes


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

1+ years of experience in hotel-specific accounting, auditing, administrative, or clerical work, or equivalent experience in any setting—such as drafting emails, using Microsoft Office, or providing administrative support
