Workforce and Reporting, Client Segments, Analyst, Wealth Management
The SRU Workforce and Reporting Analyst will work directly with the SRU Workforce Manager to optimize employee resource allocation and productivity, forecast staffing needs, and analyze workforce trends. Additionally, the Workforce and Reporting Analyst will work closely with the SRU Data/Analytics and Technology teams to manage routine systems and process maintenance, as well as respond to ad-hoc requests within the Service Review Unit lines of business. Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills will enhance the ability to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities Include:
> Collaborate with SRU leadership to ensure adequate allocation of resource management across SRU lines of business.
> Maintaining Workforce scheduling for employees across SRU lines of business, including schedule updates, team/management change requests, and time off updates.
> Provide summarized service level agreement (SLA) metrics to departmental managers, clients, and additional stakeholders as needed.
> Prepare monthly performance and activity reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
> Conduct periodic data validation to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of workforce and reporting data across systems.
> Respond to a wide range of ad-hoc workforce, analytics, and technology requests for SRU lines of business.
> Execute other duties as assigned. Qualifications
> Experience with workforce management systems and/or Data Visualization programs.
> Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
> Experience with other Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
> Demonstrate strong time management, resource management, and multi-tasking capability to efficiently manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills to relay workforce and data results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
> Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to analyze & report on large data sets, leveraging Excel and various dashboards/tools to extract and communicate actionable insights.
> Experience with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.

Education:
> Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
