The Opportunity:
As a Workforce Analyst, you would be a driving force in analyzing data, writing reports and creating data visualization to support Global Human Capital. You will partners with leaders across the firm to improve people performance and planning through the discovery, interpretation and communication of meaningful patterns in workforce-related data. You will have the opportunity to develop, own, and support on data projects. You will report directly to the Vice-President of Workforce Analytics.
The Day-to-Day:
Your Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a quantitative or consulting based role using analytics and visualizations to solve business problemsExperience working with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
Experience with SQL for querying and modeling data
Experience creating reporting in common Human Capital Management Systems is a plus (Workday, iCIMS, etc.)
Experience collaborating across multiple groups, balancing competing goals, and communicating with diverse audiences
Compensation:
$95,000 - $130,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experienceEligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performanceWhy Fisher Investments:
